Online payments to school with Arbor

Making secure payments online using your credit or debit card:

Arbor offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.

Upon your child’s attendance to school you will be provided with a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; you will be prompted to change these, and to keep them safe and secure. 

Making a payment is straightforward and Arbor holds a payment history for you to view later; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

To use the Arbor Parent app for payments, follow these steps:

• Log in to the Arbor Parent app and select the child you want to manage. 
• Click on the Payments button to view your child's account details and outstanding balances. 
• To top up an account, click the Top up account button and enter the amount you wish to pay.
• You can also view previous payments by clicking on Invoices in the Payments section.
